Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

10U, 12U & 15U Travel

Refunds will not be provided after tryouts are complete and teams are posted. Exceptions to the policy may be granted under extenuating circumstances; reviewed and approved by the Board President. *if a refund is granted, the amount will be less the cost of the jersey ordered for the player.

Available Ice

No refunds provided if cancellation is less than 7 days in advance.

Boys Raspberry Jam

Full refunds will be granted if the tournament is full and the team requesting the refund is replaced. Payment of all refunds will be made after the tournament is completed.

Girls Raspberry Jam

Full refunds will be granted if the tournament is full and the team requesting the refund is replaced. Payment of all refunds will be made after the tournament is completed.

Mites/6U & 8U

Refunds will not be provided after the start of the season. Exceptions to the policy may be granted under extenuating circumstances; reviewed and approved by the Board President

Royal Rink Rally Mite Jamboree

Refunds will not be provided unless your team spot is backfilled by another team

Youth Travel
