Hopkins Youth Hockey

Online Registration is now available for the 2011-2012 Hopkins Hockey season.

You must register first with USA Hockey and then use the link below to signup for the 2011/2012 season.

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.  If you are a goalie with your own equipment please contact Machel Whitmore at machelw@hotmail.com for a registration code.

Step 2: CLICK HERE to register with Hopkins Hockey. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Step 3: In addition to the online registration, please be sure you complete the following and included it in an envelope to be mailed to: Machel Whitmore, 5037 Norman Drive, Minnetonka, MN 55345.  Your registration is not complete until ALL registration materials have been received and NO player will be allowed on the ice until this information is received.

Completed and Signed 2011-2012 Consent to Treat / Medical History Form (below)
Copy of Player’s Official Birth Certificate (if not on already on file)
A $150 Check for Concession Deposit made Payable to HYHA

Since this is a New rule for both players and associations, HYHA appreciates your patience during the registration process. At this time, HYHA will not be granting any waivers.  You may make a formal written request, via email, to the HYHA registrar. HYHA will be reviewing requests soon and will notify you if your waiver has been granted. 

"Free" equipment offer makes it easier than ever to try hockey

The first 10 mite/squirt enrollees who have not played in HYHA in the past are eligible to receive free equipment this season.  Clinic and regular season signup, along with 10 additional volunteer hours are necessary.  Please signify your interest in this offer during the signup process. (picture for illustrative purposes only, actual gear will vary. does not include skates)

 Each package includes helmet, gloves, shoulder pads,elbow pads, shin pads, and breezers.

Does not include: Skates, stick, socks, athletic supporter and cup, or mouth guard.
