Online Registration
Online Registration is now available for the 2012-2013 Hopkins Hockey season.
You must register first with USA Hockey and then use the link below to signup for the 2013/2014 season.
Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE the confiramtion number. This number will be used to register with HYHA.
Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
If you are a goalie with your own equipment please contact Shelly Slattery at slattery.shelly@gmail.com for a goalie registration code.
Step 2: CLICK HERE to register with Hopkins Hockey. You will be required to provide the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
Step 3: In addition to registering online, please complete the 2013-2014 Consent to Treat Medical History Form, provide a copy of the player's Official Birth Certificate (if one is not already on file with HYHA), and include a check for $150.00 for the Concession Deposit made payable to HYHA.

Your registration is not complete until ALL registration materials have been received and NO player will be allowed on the ice until this information is received.

Please note - girls 6U and 8U are both registered as mites in HYHA.

Free equipment for new Mite/Squirt players
"Free" equipment offer makes it easier than ever to try hockey
The first 10 mite/squirt enrollees who have not played in HYHA in the past are eligible to receive free equipment this season. Clinic and regular season signup, along with 10 additional volunteer hours are necessary. Please signify your interest in this offer during the signup process. (picture for illustrative purposes only, actual gear will vary. does not include skates)
Each package includes helmet, gloves, shoulder pads,elbow pads, shin pads, and breezers.
Does not include: Skates, stick, socks, athletic supporter and cup, or mouth guard.
