Royals Summer Training

Registration is now open for the 2015 Royals Summer Training program.  

We are excited to announce that this year the summer training program will be held at Braemar Ice Arena due to construction at Minnetonka.  This allows us to partner with Velocity Training Center to add additional off ice skill training which will include shooting, stick handling and the skating treadmill. On ice will be focusing on skills along with game  knowledge and improving hockey IQ. On ice will be run by the Boys Varsity Coach Cory Peterson along with Adam Talatanick and other staff members. Adam will also be working with goalies on a daily basis on improving their skills and techniques.

Girls Summer Hockey

Chris Erickson, Hopkins HS Girls Varsity Head Coach, will be offering a summer training opportunity for our girls program.  It will take place at Minnetonka Ice Arena in the afternoons through the months of June and July.  Registration links can now be found on the Summer Hockey page of the website.  

• Program runs June 8 thru July 31, 2015
• U8,10 and 12 level players
• Players will be split by level or skill level to give each player the attention and development she needs to take her game to the next level.
• Off Ice will be Tuesdays and Thursdays outside at Minnetonka rink B (1-2pm)
• On-ice days will be Tuesday and Thursday at Minnetonka B (2:30-3:30)
• Sessions will focus on skill development and game knowledge
• Cost $360
