Team Webpage

Managers will be given access to the Team Webpage and will be responsible for keeping the webpage up to date.  Reach out to the Webmaster if you do not have access.

Rosters:

Player and Coach rosters will be uploaded by the HYHA Registrar.   Managers do not add or delete players or coaches on the rosters.  After rosters are final managers may edit the roster to add uniform numbers, positions, or photos.  If there is an issue with the roster contact the HYHA Registrar.

Coaches cannot be rostered to a team until they complete ALL coach registration requirements (exception is CEP renewals which are due by Dec 31).  If a coach is missing from team roster it is likely the coach has not yet completed registration requirements. 

Home Page Required Information:
  • Head Coach (name and contact info)
  • Manager (name and contact info)
  • Identify scrimmage contact (name and contact info) - may be a coach, manager, assistant manager
  • Team sponsors (if team has them)
Home Page Recommended Information:
  • Asst Coaches, Asst Manager
  • Tournament Information (dates, location)
  • Game day duties schedule
  • Locker room monitor schedule

*The more information you put on the Team Webpage = Fewer questions you will get from parents

Calendar:

Practice ice time, District 3 games, and PEP/Dryland training will be automatically uploaded into Team Calendars by the HYHA Ice Scheduler.  Dates will also be held for HYHA scheduled tournaments.

Any other team events should be added to the team calendar by the manager:   scrimmages/non-D3 games, tournament games, additional tournaments scheduled by the team, team meetings, team social events, etc.

Game Schedule:

D3 games will be automatically uploaded into the team calendar by the HYHA Ice Scheduler.  Do not delete, change or edit any D3 games.
