Game Schedule in our system does not match D3 website - Contact the ice scheduler and the opposing team manager.  Try to resolve with opposing team manager first.  

Tournaments that HYHA registered the team for - no need to notify Ice Scheduler unless the dates change or tournament is cancelled.  Ice Scheduler already has those dates blocked off on the master calendar. 

Team wants to add another tournament - Do not add a tournament until after the D3 Game schedule is posted!  D3 will not reschedule games to  due to a tournament conflict.  Teams may add an additional tournament if it works with the team schedule after D3 games are posted.  Notify the ice scheduler ASAP with tournament dates. 

Team wants to schedule a practice using outdoor ice at a local park - Go for it!  Do email the ice scheduler as an FYI
