D3 League Key =  ipad-md3dasfrb

Each Team will have a unique Team Code which will be sent to each Team Manager.

GameSheet Team Code -  This code is used to set up your team account and roster your players and coaches.  After the Manager sets up the team account you can have your coach set up an account for the team as well. You should use your own individual email accounts to set up manager accounts and coach accounts.  Once games are completed the system will automatically send you an email with the completed GameSheet.  These accounts give you access to rostering players, viewing completed games, and stats.  Only the Manager and Head Coach should access the online account.

D3 League Key =    ipad-md3dasfrb

This is the same code for all of D3 - This code is used to log into the GameSheet App on the iPad.  It will save onto the ipad, so you should only need to type it once. Type in the entire code including the "ipad-"

This code will give you access to set up and score games on the iPad.

Scoring a Game:

Training Instruction and Videos are here - https://help.gamesheet.app/

A key point is making sure penalties and goals/assists are entered correctly.  Once the game is locked by ref we cannot edit.

game is complete and uploaded:
  • GameSheet automatically sends an email to all registered coaches and managers with links to the completed score sheet.
  • GameSheet automatically reports results to D3

If you have already had scrimmages and scored the game on paper - it is possible to enter the game into the system and make a game note - that game was scored on paper.

GameSheet TIPS & Recommendations:
  • Bring Stickers/Paper scoresheet as backup to all games
  • Must be connected to WiFi to create a game.  You can create a game up to 2 days prior to game time so it may be helpful to create game while at the PAV for practice within 48 hour window.
  • Confirm roster/coaches with the opposing team manager or coach before the game and make appropriate edits if a player or coach is not present for that game
  • Roster edits and scoring the game can be done off-line at the rink if WiFi is not available.
  • D3 Games are loaded into the GameSheet game schedule - select the correct date to find your game
  • Make sure your Score Keepers are reliable and look at training site BEFORE the first game
  • Have paper/pen available for score keeper - they can write down what the ref tells them and then put it into the iPad after play starts again
  • Create scrimmage games in MN Exhibition League

  • If scoring off-line, click on the little blue cloud button once connected to WiFi so the completed game will upload
