Attend mandatory District 3 Meeting

Team Manager and Head Coach must attend.
*Failure to attend will result in a 1 game suspension of coach

Bantam, PeeWee, 12U & 15U

Monday. October 23rd - 7pm at the PAV

Squirt & 10U

Monday, Nov 13th - 7pm at Brooklyn Park Community Center

Other D3 Manager Requirements

• Register as a team manager on the D3 website HERE
• Confirm D3 game schedule is correct when posted.  Cross-reference game schedule with all D3 calendars to confirm accuracy. If an error is found, contact the HYHA Ice Scheduler.
• Submit game score and copy of scoresheet - GameSheet will automatically submit to D3 once connected to WiFi
• Submit requests for USA Hockey Award patches (Hat Trick, Playmaker and Zero Awards)
• Submit Substitute Goalie Form for approval (if necessary)
• Submit request HERE for out of state travel if your team is scheduled to attend a tournament outside of Minnesota
• Request referees for scrimmages/non-D3 games Request referees HERE

*Keep copies of all scoresheets for games, scrimmages, tournament games.  You will need scoresheets for verification to receive USA Hockey award patches.
